HYDRON® SE 230A is a water-based, single-phase alkaline cleaning agent developed for removing flux residues from semiconductor and power-electronics components. It is suitable for leadframes, power modules, power LEDs, flip chips, CMOS devices and wafer applications. Its low surface tension enables effective cleaning beneath low-standoff components, while its material compatibility makes it suitable for sensitive metals such as copper, aluminum and nickel. It is designed primarily for dip-tank and ultrasonic cleaning processes and can be rinsed clean with deionized water.
