HYDRON® WS 400 is a water-based cleaning agent developed for the effective removal of water-soluble flux residues from electronic assemblies. Its low-foaming formulation penetrates tight spaces beneath low-standoff components where DI water alone may not provide reliable cleaning. It is compatible with sensitive metals, aluminum, and epoxy surfaces and can be used in spray-in-air inline, batch, and ultrasonic cleaning systems.
