VIGON® A 250 is a water-based MPC® cleaning agent formulated to remove flux residues and solder paste from electronic assemblies. Its mild formulation provides excellent material compatibility, making it suitable for sensitive metal alloys and processes requiring longer cleaning exposure. It is designed for spray and immersion cleaning equipment and can also be used for cleaning Power LEDs after die attach.
