VIGON® N 640 is a water-based, pH-neutral MPC® cleaning agent designed for removing flux residues from printed circuit board assemblies. Optimized for specific spray-in-air batch machines and selected dip-tank processes, it delivers excellent cleaning performance on modern solder pastes and difficult flux residues while maintaining strong compatibility with sensitive metals such as copper and nickel. It can also be easily rinsed with deionized water.
