VIGON® PE 200 is a water-based, pH-neutral cleaning agent designed to remove flux residues from power modules, power LEDs, leadframes and discrete semiconductor devices. Based on ZESTRON’s MPC® Technology, it also effectively removes oxide layers from copper surfaces and is specifically formulated for spray-in-air cleaning equipment.
